Sanding and refinishing that brings worn hardwood back without replacing it.
If your hardwood is scratched, dull or the wrong color, it can usually be saved. We sand it back to bare wood, then stain and finish it.
Refinishing costs less than a new floor and keeps the original wood in your home.
How it works
Free visit and estimate
We come to you, measure the space and look at the existing floor and subfloor. No charge, no commitment.
Fixed price in writing
You get the full price on paper before any work starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Subfloor preparation
We remove the old floor, then level and repair the subfloor so the new one sits flat and lasts.
Installation by our own crew
The people who install your floor work for us. We leave the house clean at the end of every day.
Final walkthrough
We go over the finished floor together with you before we call the job done.
